To equip the church of Jesus Christ to fulfill the great commission of Matt:28 using the Eph. 4: 11-6 New Testament model to accomplish and finish the task.

To create the tools, resources and training to make the church aware of those who have not yet heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the world.
